History of clotting disorders, past history of DVT or pulmonary emboius, history of stroke, you are on medication, history of injury to your veins or arteries, nerve damage, diabetes, hypertension, you have suffered from compartment syndrome, have had srugery in the last four weeks, or if you have any other medical conditions.

Our cuff sizes are denoted in inches and your size depends on the circumference of your limb (arm or leg). To determine the approriate size you will want to choose a cuff the provides at least one inch of overlap. It is unlikely you can use the same cuff size for both arms and legs. Additional cuff sets can be purchased seperately.

Clearning Suji is simple. Simply take an anti-bacterial wipe and wipe down your handheld device and compression cuffs. Be careful to avoid cleaning over the charging point - just like your mobile device!

To turn Suji on you must firmly and quickly press the on/off button located on the front of the Handheld BLE device. The flashing LED will indicate your device has been switched on. Some users may press the on/off button for too long - turning their device on and immediately off again.

You will find your serial number on the product label which is located on the back of the handheld BLE device.
